We do have a car park, which is offsite at the back of the property. It is complimentary but please do contact us beforehand to reserve a space. There are a number of car parks nearby including those available at Pitchcroft, The Hive Library and The Crowngate Shopping Centre , which are all a few minutes walk from the hotel.
Yes, you are welcome to drop off your luggage before checking in to the hotel in case you arrive early or wish to go and explore historic Worcester.
For check-in we ask that you arrive between 3pm and 8pm, and check-out is by 11am.
We ask that the payment for your room is paid in full before you arrive at the hotel.
Our hotel does not feature a reception desk, therefore prior to your arrival you will be sent a code to be used on our key code access system at the front entrance of the hotel. Please note that if you book through a booking channel such as, Airbnb, Booking.com or Expedia, they do not provided us with an email address. However we will try and contact you to provide us with one so that we can send over your check in information.
We ask that any changes or cancellation of bookings be made at least twenty-four hours before the arrival date of your stay. If you are within twenty-four hours, then the full value of your booking may be charged. Corporate and group reservation cancellations may vary.
