Making your stay a safe one

The safety and well-being of our guests and staff is a top priority and we have implemented new hygiene procedures above and beyond our usual protocols, as well as social distancing measures in-line with government and public health advice.

 

WHAT WE’RE DOING TO LOOK AFTER OUR GUESTS

Upstairs@33 has always been a clean and safe environment, and we continue to follow the latest advice and guidelines for cleaning. To make sure guests are safe and reassured when staying at Upstairs@33 we have the following measures in place:

  • Self service check-in and check out
  • Keyless room doors
  • Hand sanitiser in key locations
  • Professionally laundered bed and bath linen
  • Enhanced cleaning checklist
  • Increased frequency of deep cleans in public areas including frequent touch points
  • Globally approved products proven to be effective against Coronavirus are used
  • Disinfection of all touch points in bedrooms, including handles and TV remotes

 

FLEXIBLE CANCELLATIONS

Given the flexibility our guests need under the current circumstances, we will operate a flexible cancellation policy based on each guest’s situation. To discuss your booking should you need to cancel, please contact us on bookings@upstairsat33.com

Booking via a third-party: For bookings made through an online booking platform (e.g. Booking.com, Expedia) or third-party travel professionals, please contact them directly for their terms and conditions. We have advised these companies of our cancellation policies.

 

NHS TRACING

Coronavirus NHS QR codes will be on displayed in all rooms and we ask all guests to scan them using the NHS app when they enter.
